Jen Breach

Jen Breach (they/them) is a queer and nonbinary writer of more than two dozen picture books, chapter books, and graphic novels for kids, including sixteen nonfiction writer-for-hire projects for young readers. Topics range from LGBTQ+ families, to protest movements, to animal sanctuaries, to the women spies of WWII, to the politics of global foodways, which were awarded a JLG gold standard selection. Jen was born and raised in an eeny town in rural Australia, graduated from the WCYA MFA in January 2024, and now lives and writes in a weeny South Philly row house.
