Remembering Diane Moser

It is with great sadness that VCFA shares the news that Diane Moser, longtime faculty member in the MFA in Music Composition program, died on December 17, 2020. Diane joined the faculty in August 2012 and was a dedicated and beloved member of the VCFA community. A master educator, dynamic composer and bandleader, and incredibly generous musician, Diane will be very missed here in Vermont, in her home community of Montclair, NJ, and by everyone whose life she touched. The Montclair Local published this tribute to Diane on December 22. The MFA in Music Composition will have a celebration of Diane and her music during the February 2021 residency.
