Graphic Design Summer Residency 2024 Highlights
The MFA in Graphic Design program will hold its summer 2024 residency on the campus of Colorado College, July 13-21, 2024.
This summer’s residency includes presentations and workshops led by guest designers David Jon Walker of Rhealistic Design and Future Fonts founders Lizy Gereshenson and Travis Kochel.
This year we’re excited to present the 2024 Summer edition of Global Sessions—a lecture series inviting a wide spectrum of creative practitioners from around the world. In the past, we’ve had spotlights on Asia, the Global South, and the Middle East. This year’s sessions focus on Asian designers Tnop Wangsillapakun, Theseus Chan, and Scarlett Xin Meng. Global Sessions will take place on July 16.
Graphic Design students will showcase their semester work during the pin-up exhibition. Thesis students will present unbound — the thesis exhibition featuring the works of Tim Murray (GD ’24), Kevin Auer (GD ’24), and Emma Berg (GD ’24).
