Informal faculty discussion about which books they have read recently. Faculty for this event includes Clifford Thompson, David Wojahn, Barbara Hurd, Caleb Curtiss, Hasanthika Sirisena, and Rick Jackson.
VCFA’s first-ever Book Bag! Please join faculty members as they informally discuss a couple of books that resonate with them—and why. These books will NOT be part of the “Icons of Canonical Literature.” Nope, don’t expect that! Instead, the books will be those “You May Not Have Heard Of!” Additionally, there will be time for audience members to say a word or two about a book that resonates with them, in keeping with the theme of the evening.
