Jason Ledford, MFA in Film alumnx ‘21 (fiction) Writer/Director/DP and Assistant Professor of Film, Western Carolina University. Ledford will discuss the changing landscape of camera and lighting techniques and finding the right tech package for VCFA shoots, or for specific shooting scenarios, with time for a Q&A at the end.
About Jason Ledford:
Jason Ledford is a Native American filmmaker, musician, and storyteller. He was born in Cherokee, North Carolina and is a graduate of Western Carolina University’s Film and Television program and the Vermont College of Fine Arts’ MFA in Film program. Jason works primarily as a cinematographer, but he is also a producer, director, and editor. He is an Assistant Professor at Western Carolina University.
