The VCFA MFA in Music Composition program brings together some of the most exciting and diverse multi-instrumentalists in the country.
Every residency plays host to multiple ensembles-in-residence that rehearse with student composers. These performances are student compositions written during the previous semester and reflect a widely versatile cross-section of approaches to new music.
