FILM and MEDIA MUSIC FESTIVAL
Sunday, Feb. 9, 8 pm, Noble Lounge
In visual media, music is often the secret partner in story-telling, embodying the internal states of the characters in the narrative. This event will feature a variety of approaches to the marriage of music to picture, as offered by VCFA students, faculty and alumni —from fiction films, to animation, video art, webisodes, documentaries, game scores, and jingles. The intent is to explore and celebrate the diversity of music-to-picture relationships.
