Jericho Parms is the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and leads Alumnx Affairs, Development, and Community Engagement efforts at VCFA. As a writer, educator, and administrator she has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level and has worked with a range of art and nonprofit organizations including Metropolitan Museum of Art and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. 

Jericho is the author of Lost Wax (University of Georgia Press), a collection of essays on art, memory, and identity. Her work has appeared in The Normal School, Hotel Amerika, American Literary Review, Brevity, and elsewhere, and has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, noted in Best American Essays, and anthologized in Brief Encounters: A Collection of Contemporary Nonfiction, Waveform: Twenty-First-Century Essays By Women, and Don’t Look Now: Things We Wish We Hadn’t Seen. She holds an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and is a consulting editor at Fourth Genre.
