He has dedicated his entire career, in various roles and industries, to influencing change to create more inclusive and equitable spaces for people to bring their authentic selves and thrive.
Howie holds a Master’s in Human Relations and Organizational Development. With over a decade of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience, he influences process and system changes by managing people’s transitions and coaching managers and leaders to be effective DEI change agents. Howie is a learner, a coach, a DEI change agent, a teacher, and an organizational development practitioner.
